Each BONTRIL-SR tablet contains 105 milligrams of (phendimetrazine). It comes in a green tablet, is embossed with the letter “A0” and “47”.

MILD:

MODERATE:

Primary pulmonary hypertension (PPH) and cardiac valvular disease have been reported in patients receiving a combination of phentermine and fenfluramine (phen-fen) or dexfenfluramine. The possibility of an association between PPH and the use of BONTRIL-SR alone cannot be ruled out.

BONTRIL CONTRAINDICATIONS:

BONTRIL-SR is contraindicated in patients with arteriosclerosis, cardiovascular disease, and moderate to severe hypertension.
