How does the entire process
work?
After you fill out and submit the medical review form, a licensed U.S. physician will determine if you are
eligible to benefit from the medication you have chosen. If
you are eligible, the physician will then write a prescription
for that medication and forward it to a licensed
U.S. pharmacy to be filled. The pharmacy will then fill and
ship your order via FedEx NextDay Air to your home in discreet

Do I need a prior prescription to order
medications here?
You do not need a prior prescription. A physician
will issue the prescription upon approval.

How do I place an order?
When you click an order link, you will be taken to a secure
server where you will set up your account. You will answer an
online questionnaire to provide information relevant to your
medical condition. Once you complete the questionnaire, submit
your order for processing. -Top
How do you protect my privacy and security?
We are dedicated to patient privacy and security. All
information furnished is legally protected under
doctor-patient privilege laws. The on-line ordering system has safeguards in place to
protect against credit card fraud. Individuals attempting the
fraudulent use of a credit card will be reported.

What are your shipping rates and policies?
Due to patient demand and the highly streamlined and automated
order system, we only ship via FedEx Next Day at a flat rate
of $18 per order. Currently, we are unable to ship to P.O.
Boxes. An adult signature is required upon delivery.

How long will it take to receive my medication?
Typically, orders are shipped from the pharmacy within 24
hours after you submit the order form. All orders are shipped
via FedEx NextDay Air.

How do I place a refill Order?
To ensure that the physicians review your most up-to-date information, we ask that you place a refill or re-order in the same manner as you placed your first order. -Top
